Unfortunately, you need to pay for all the street parking via app till 6 pm -- THERE IS FREE PARKING BEHIND THE BAR (enter the one-way alley thru the liquor store parking lot a few doors west of the bar and veer to the right, then up the hill behind the rear entrance)
