Love reading and talking about it with like-minded women who 'get' you? Enjoy discovering books and having deep discussions in a safe space? Open to hearing different perspectives and seeing the world from various angles? Join us for our monthly Book Club at The Library Lounge at the Standard Hotel in King's Cross. Another rich topic for our women-only bookclub, in August we will be reading "A Woman Is No Man" by Etaf Rum. A New York Times Bestseller, Goodreads Choice Awards Finalist for Best Fiction and Best Debut, and a Marie Claire Best Women's Fiction of the Year, this story presents three generations of Palestinian-American women struggling to express their individual desires and voices within the confines of their Arab culture.
