As you might expect from their name, Batch Craft Beers & Kolaches brews around twenty different ales and lagers, with about a dozen on tap at any given time, as well as other beverages (incl. non-alcoholic) in glass bottles.
They serve several variations of Texas' favorite Czech pastry, including brisket+pickle+Swiss and sausage+jalapeño+cheese, with smoked meats from Micklethwait BBQ, and chocolate+caramel+pecan.
