Discover the core of the Buddhist path in this weekend course
taught by Geshe Tenley. Je Tsongkhapa’s foundational text, The
Three Principal Aspects of the Path, condenses the vast
teachings of Mahayana Buddhism into three essential realizations
that provide a clear roadmap to the path to enlightenment.

The Determination to Be Free (Renunciation): Shifting focus away from
temporary fixes to find a lasting, authentic sense of inner freedom and well-
being.

The Awakened Heart (Bodhicitta): Transforming daily relationships by
cultivating boundless love, compassion, and the altruistic wish to benefit all
living beings.

The Wisdom of Realizing Emptiness: Developing a clear insight into the
interconnected nature of things, allowing us to cut through confusion and
see the world as it truly is.

Through a supportive blend of clear explanations, guided meditations,
and open discussion, we will learn how to integrate these ancient pillars
into a modern life.

No prior background in Buddhism is required—just an
open mind and a desire to cultivate lasting inner peace.
This class is appropriate for all levels of students.

We will have a short lunch break so bring your food please or check nearest options.
