This session is a chance to step back from the day to day work and ask:
What should you focus on over the next six months to move your work or business forward?
We’ll combine business and marketing thinking with a coaching approach: questions, reflection, practical exercises, and real cases from the room.

We’ll look at topics such as:

positioning and how you communicate what you do
finding and attracting customers
sales and conversion
pricing and offers
testing new ideas
growth with limited time and budget
funding, if relevant
what to focus on and what to stop doing
how to keep yourself going while doing all of the above

You’ll work on your own situation throughout the session, so you can come with an existing business, a freelance practice, a new idea, or simply a feeling that something needs to change, but you’re not sure what yet.

You’ll leave with a clearer direction, one main priority for the next six months, and 2 to 3 concrete next steps.
