Sunday English Meditation Sangha (with Martyna)

Join us at our weekly Sunday meditation session in English. This week, the session will be hosted by Martyna. The session includes a 30 minute Samatha and Vipassana style meditation, a tea break and/or a walking meditation, and a short talk about Buddhist meditation. We end with a metta or Loving Kindness meditation. Usually there is time for Q&A and reflection. This session is appropriate for all levels of experience. Place: Sala Dāna c/ Luis Vélez de Guevara, 9 (street level, local 2D - right next to the Correos post-office), 28012 Madrid (Tirso de Molina) Sala Dāna is a comfortable climate-controlled meditation hall, with plenty of practice materials available. Please remove street shoes before entering the hall. Price: dāna (We believe that the teachings are invaluable, and we strive to make our activities affordable and accessible to all. We do not set a fixed price on our activities, and there is no upfront charge. At the end of the session, you are kindly invited to make a donation to support the project).
