🧘‍♀️ Meditation and Mingle 🧘‍♂️

Please Note: Brisbane Square Library will be closed to the public. Please see the security guard at the main entrance for after-hours access (opposite Treasury Hotel Brisbane) ☺️

Join Brisbane Young Meditators (20s and 30s) for an evening of group meditation, a short video, discussion and mingling with like-minded peeps 🧘‍♀️

Please feel free to come and go any time except during the meditation period. Here’s an outline of the evening:

4pm: Meet and Mingle
4:30pm: Guided Meditation
5pm: Short Presentation, Group Intros and Discussion
6/6:30pm: Leave the library. Feel welcome to walk together to Grill'd Wintergarden and continue having chats. Those who wish to join at this time can meet at the main entrance of the library (opposite Treasury Hotel Brisbane) or at Grill’d ✨

Unfortunately food or drinks aren’t allowed in the library. The venue has chairs, as well as padded floor seating, which is somewhat suitable for meditation. Please feel free to bring your own cushion as an alternative ☺️
