Join us (again) to celebrate Hogmanay in true Stirling style as The Katie Allen Trio keep the ceilidh going alongside food, drinks and great company.

🎟 Tickets:
Tickets can be bought online ahead of the event via the link below at a cost £28pp

https://stirlingevents.org/event/the-big-ceilidh-feat-the-katie-allen-trio-14-563010/

Tickets will be limited by availability so we'd recommend buying sooner rather than later as they did sell out last year.

You must buy your own tickets

👥 Meeting point:
We will meet at 6.30pm at the entrance to the Albert Halls so we can get a table ahead of the ceilidh starting at 7.

People are welcome to come find us later and to leave at any time.

🎩 Dress Code
There is nothing in the event that talks of a dress code, so wear something that makes you feel good - be that jeans, dress, kilt or anything in-between.

🚘Travel
Albert Halls is in easy walking distance of the train and bus stations. There is on-street parking available and car parks nearby.

🎆After the Event
We won't be doing anything as the whole group as that will be hard to do. The event finishes at 10pm so there'll be plenty of time to see the New Year at a place of your choosing.

👨‍🦽Accessibility

This is a very busy and active Ceilidh so to dance within the main ceildh you would need to be able to do that. BUT, access to the hall is fully accessible, people can dance or not dance as much as they like and there is space to still engage but not be in the middle.

📋 Reminders

Please wear sensible footwear as there will be a variety of surfaces, some of which may be muddy

Double check the weather forecast before setting off, to decide on layers/waterproofs/sunglasses. We are in Scotland after all!

All guests should be accounted for in the numbers, so we know who to expect.

This event allows for you to bring a +2 so if you would like to do so, please include them in your RSV

Please don’t be a no-show! Out of courtesy to others change your status to ‘not going’ with as much notice as possible

Over 18s only

Group rules apply

📢 Communication and Update

Any updates will be posted as a comment reply to this event or as an edit to this event

💰 Membership Fe
If you have not done so yet, please consider our yearly voluntary £5 (or more!) donation, to help us cover the MeetUp fees. This is so that we can keep our group going!

This can be paid at the following link https://gofund.me/0392af6b

Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you at the ceildh!
