This time we’re trying something different: instead of talks, you are the content. We’ll run a Troika Consulting session.

What is Troika Consulting?
Troika Consulting is a peer-coaching format from the Liberating Structures toolbox. You work in small groups of three and take turns in two roles:

The client briefly describes a real challenge they are facing right now, for example an architecture decision, a migration that’s stuck, a team or process problem, or a career question.
The two consultants ask clarifying questions, then discuss the challenge and share ideas, experiences and suggestions while the client listens and takes notes.

After a few minutes the roles rotate, so everyone is client once and consultant twice. You get fresh perspectives on your own problem in a short time, and you learn from the challenges of others. No slides and no preparation are needed.
Just bring one real challenge you’d like input on. You decide how much detail to share.

Who is this for?
Everyone, from beginners to experienced architects and engineers, and from AWS veterans to people just getting started. Diverse experience makes the groups better.
