Hike Chestnut hunting Meudon hills, forests, lakes...

12 km, moderate. Meudon's 1000 hectares of hilly forest is full of chestnut treasures. It also hides monuments like : Rodin Museum, an observatory, a airship building. It offers the the best view over Paris. The one who finds the best chesnuts wins! Walk will start at 10:30 (so come 20 minutes before) from Meudon-Val-Fleury RER C station, from a small square with a Rodin sculpture, next to the Villa Fleury restaurant. We will go to : - the Rodin Museum park (entrance is free) - The lakes - The best chestnust hotplacs - The observatory terrace with the best view over Paris Return by Meudon station (line N going to Montparnasse in 11 minutes) A leaflet with explations will be given to the participants.
