Travel through the landscapes, traditions and flavours of Argentina without leaving London.

Seven courses. Seven regions. One unforgettable evening.

You arrive at Chef Rulo’s home. From that moment, you are in Argentina. Over seven courses, you’ll journey through the country’s regions one by one, with Chef Rulo guiding you through every dish: its region, its culture, its story.

The menu...

Buenos Aires: Handmade artisan empanadas – blue cheese; avocado, walnut; or humita.

Patagonia: Pink grapefruit‑cured rainbow trout with yellow chilli, toasted corn and chive oil.

The Andean Foothills: Wood‑fired carbonada served in a slowly roasted squash.

Transition: Fennel, orange and mint salad.

Patagonia: Malbec‑braised lamb with smoked sweet potato purée and Malbec reduction.

Intermezzo: The Mate Ritual:
Yerba mate and lemon verbena granita.

The Pampas: Argentine mini grill – sweetbreads, skirt steak, homemade chorizo, chimichurri, salsa criolla and homemade bread.

Sweet Argentina: Homemade dulce de leche ice cream with crisp Rogel pastry, Italian meringue and sea salt.

Five courses are paired with wines selected by our sommelier. Additional bottles are available to purchase on the night. Water is served throughout.
