And, for all our Widow's Bay fans, see Emmy winner Kate O'Flynn star as Amy, a government child protection worker, who moves in with her upbeat best friend Rosie, a social services officer facing daily anger and resentment. Amy's ageing parents worry about her happiness while dealing with their own crisis.

SYNOPSIS: Mike Leigh’s TENDER LOVING CARE brings the director’s generosity and humanism to the fore in this true triumph of character and performance. Amy (WIDOW’S BAY breakout star Kate O’Flynn), a government child protection worker, moves back in with her upbeat best friend Rosie (Alice Bailey Johnson), a social services officer facing daily anger and resentment. As Amy’s aging parents worry about her happiness, they are suddenly forced to deal with their own crisis, bringing Amy home to support their needs and grapple with whatever the future holds..
