Your Company's AI Game Plan | An Open Discussion with Steve Bauer

You’ve got the tools. You’ve got the subscriptions. But are you and your team using AI to its full potential?

This isn’t a lecture or a slide deck. It’s an open discussion on turning scattered AI experiments into a strategy your whole team can get behind.

Steve Bauer, founder of Bauer Consulting Group, will lead the conversation. He spent 27 years advising Fortune 500 executives through major shifts in how businesses compete, and now helps small and mid-sized companies build AI strategies that stick.

We’ll dig into questions like:

“How do I explain my AI strategy in plain language?”
“How do I get my team (or my partners and colleagues) on board?”
“How do I set a vision and measure whether it’s working?”
“Where do I even start?”

The room steers the conversation, and we'll keep it practical, actionable, and strategic. You’ll leave with the building blocks of an AI game plan you can take back to your business and your team.

Who this is for: Business owners and leaders at small to mid-size companies currently using – or want to use – AI, but haven’t pinned down a strategy. Anyone else with a side-hustle or interest in AI are welcome.

How to participate:

Submit a question when you RSVP and we’ll work it into the discussion.
Bring one AI challenge from your business, like “my team won’t use it” or “we bought the licenses but nobody uses them.”
Or just show up and listen. You’ll still leave with ideas.
