Chess Tournament (ALL LEVELS)

Participation Fee: 100 SEK per person
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Offline Café is hosting a friendly chess tournament, open to players of all skill levels, from beginners to upper intermediates and grandmasters. The format will be 10 mins + 5 secs per move.

IMPORTANT:
1) The event will start at 15:00, so please arrive between 14:45 and 14:55 so we have time to check everyone in and explain the tournament rules!
2) If you RSVP but later can't make it, please update your attendance at least 24 hours in advance! We need to know who we're waiting for so we can start on time.
3) In case we get a lot of participants, we may ask you to install a chess clock app on your phone before the event in case we run out of our own clocks.

There will be short breaks between rounds so everyone can relax, grab something to eat or drink, and reset before the next game. Our menu consists of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, fika, and snacks.

Prizes:
🏅 Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place (and a small complimentary prize for all players)

How to register:
You can register either on Meetup or on our website at www.offlinecafe.se/bookings — whichever option is easiest for you.
We look forward to a fun and friendly evening of chess!

Please note that if we have less than 8 registrations by November 20th, we will cancel the event.
