The Sound Portal: Honoring - in Gratitude - Our Beneficent Ancestors

Our next Sound Portal will focus on connecting with loving ancestors, those who came before us and whose wisdom, strength, and care may still be felt in our lives. Through an immersive soundscape, we’ll create space to honor our ancestral connections, acknowledge what has been passed down, and invite the support of those who wish us well.

Knowing family history, or not, this gathering offers an opportunity to explore your relationship with beneficent ones who came before you that are interested in your well being.

Through sound and stillness, we return to center, gather the wisdom and gifts of our inner harvest, and sink into the this new season with greater clarity, balance, and intention.

Surrender to the vibrational healing of gong, crystal bowls, and a variety of unique instruments and let yourself be restored.

Please bring whatever helps you feel comfortable lying or sitting on the floor:

--Yoga mat or reclining camp chair (chairs proveded)
-- Journal/paper and pen
--Blanket
--Pillow or bolster
--SHOE FREE event-- bring warm socks
--Eye pillow or eye mask (optional)
--Water bottle
--Warm layers (you can always remove them)

Most importantly, bring yourself exactly as you are.

Cancellation/Registration Policy
Once you register, your space is reserved for you. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a friend in your place for that event. Registrations are not refundable and may not be transferred to future events.

Founder of Balance Point Shamanism, (now evolving into Balance Point Living) her work is informed by a rich background in yoga, Reiki, Peruvian shamanism, and other contemplative traditions, creating experiences that are both deeply grounding and expansive.

Guided by the Andean principle of ayni—sacred reciprocity—Jnana invites participants into a living relationship with themselves, one another, nature, and spirit. In addition to public sound experiences, she offers private healing sessions, immersive programs, and shamanic apprenticeship training in the East Bay and online.
