Title: Let's build a platform! - A practical guide to Developer Experience
Abstract: Whether you're actively building an internal platform or just starting to put the Lego bricks together, we are all chasing the same goal: self-service capabilities that make developing and maintaining AI-driven software as frictionless as possible.
Here is the good news: the technical side of platform engineering is mostly a solved problem. The catch? True Developer Experience can't be downloaded. It depends on your organizational culture, your architecture, and the daily habits of your engineering teams.
In this session, we’ll cut through the theory. You’ll see how today's ecosystem of platform distributions lets us bootstrap a functional setup in just 20 minutes. More importantly, you'll leave with actionable insights into what truly drives developer experience once the infrastructure is running, and how to adapt it to your team's unique habits.
Networking - start 7:30 p.m.
