Chow Thai Cuisine is a beloved, family-owned hidden gem tucked away in a Boca strip mall. Renowned among locals for serving some of the most authentic Thai food in South Florida, this cozy spot treats every guest like family and is celebrated for its rich, bold flavors and exceptionally generous portion sizes.

The Curries: The Red Curry and Green Curry are local legends. They feature an incredibly silky coconut milk base that avoids being watery, balancing the heat perfectly without overpowering the tender vegetables or your choice of protein.
Noodle Classics: Their Chicken Pad Thai stands out for avoiding the dry texture common at other spots, delivering a perfectly sauced, classic street-food flavor profile. The chewy, savory Pad See Ew is another heavily praised staple.
Soups: The Tom Kha Gai (coconut chicken soup) comes highly recommended as a flavorful, comforting starter.
Dessert: If you can save room after their massive main portions, don't miss the traditional Pumpkin Custard or the fried cheesecake paired with ice cream.
Look Past the Exterior: It is situated inside the Sandalfoot Plaza strip mall. While the outside looks modest, the interior features charming, warm, and homey decor down to a cute little hut covering the cash register.
