Quarterly Meetup - all about you!

You Are the Star. We have been on a run on educational Meetup's, time to pull back and hear from those in the room. Once a quarter, Hays County's commercial development community gathers for our Spotlight Meetup — a structured, friendly format designed to help you share what you're building, surface what's slowing you down, and make the right connections. Developers, brokers, investors, lenders, city leaders, vendors — all in one room, every seat matters. The Format (quick, timed, and friendly) Who you are + your lane — developer / broker / investor / lender / city / vendor Your biggest bottleneck right now After everyone shares, we shift to open networking so you can find the people who match your goals. When: Quarterly | 2nd Tuesday | 8:30–9:30 AM Doors open early — get settled\, grab a conversation\, and we start on time. Come ready to meet your next partner, tenant, lender, or deal.
