En este emblemático lugar se encuentra la cima de Madrid, el pico más alto de la Sierra de Guadarrama. Considerado Sitio Natural de Interés Nacional por su importante valor ecológico, histórico y paisajístico. ⛰️ 🐐🎖️ Una ruta apta para los más valientes y con buenas condiciones físicas, ya que subiremos hasta el pico de Peñalara a una altura de 2428 m de altura, en uno de los enclaves naturales más bellos de la sierra, donde disfrutamos de increíbles vistas, lagunas glaciares, verdes praderas y con suerte, podremos ver a sus habitantes más insignes: las cabras montesas. 🐐 A la mitad del recorrido, haremos un picnic para descansar, comer y disfrutar las vistas y empezar nuestro retorno. This iconic location is home to the highest peak in Madrid and the highest point in the Sierra de Guadarrama. It is considered a Natural Site of National Interest due to its important ecological, historical, and scenic value. ⛰️🐐🎖️ This route is suitable for the bravest hikers and those in good physical condition, as we will climb all the way to the Peñalara peak at 2,428 metres above sea level, in one of the most beautiful natural areas of the mountains. Along the way, we will enjoy incredible views, glacial lagoons, green meadows and, if we are lucky, we may even spot some of its most iconic inhabitants: the Iberian ibex. 🐐 Halfway through the route, we will stop for a picnic to rest, eat, enjoy the views, and then begin our return.
