Join me for a special Halloween breathwork experience in Denver's most haunted park! (Cheeseman story and spooky soundtrack included. Ghostly visitors to our session? Always a possibility!)

Disclaimer:
This event takes place in an urban park, so bring your adventurous spirit and love of exactly what it! Be ready for unruly kids, off-leash dogs, frisbees, and other distractions.

Plan:
One hour of meditative breathwork, open air, at Little Cheesman Park in Denver.

Meeting Place:
Little Cheesman Park, corner of 8th and Williams. Meet at 5:30 PM. I'll be standing there in a neon yellow shirt. (Easy to spot). Starting at 5:40, we'll walk to a quiet spot to breathe. Please be on time. Once we leave the corner, it might be harder to find us, and I won't be checking messages while facilitating.

Parking:
Street parking. There is usually convenient parking available along Williams St. at this time. Allow a few extra minutes of travel time for parking and walking over.

Bring:
Mat, blanket, extra clothing layers, water bottle, eye mask, flashlight. We will take a short walk (<2 min.) to our breathing spot, so make sure everything is easy to carry.

ATTENDANCE POLICY FOR LIVE EVENTS

Space is limited for our in-person events. Your $10 registration reserves your spot.
I'm experimenting with a small registration fee for our in-person events so I can keep these gatherings intimate, sustainable, and reserved for people who really want to be there.
REFUND POLICY: Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours ahead of the event; after that, registration is nonrefundable.

QUICK SAFETY CHECK
Breathwork is safe for most people. However, consult a healthcare professional before practicing breathwork if you have a significant health condition, including:

Heart or lung issues
History of aneurysms
Uncontrolled/unstable high blood pressure
Significant psychiatric symptoms (psychosis, dissociation)
Osteoporosis
Recent surgery
Glaucoma
Pregnancy
