JOB - BY MAX WOLF FRIEDLICH - KUTUMBA THEATER PROJECT - EMPIRE THEATER

Fresh from Broadway, JOB by Max Wolf Friedlich—an uber-contemporary, award-winning play—arrives in South Florida, and Kutumba is proud to be the one to present it!

After a viral workplace crisis, Jane must convince Loyd, a veteran therapist, that she is fit to return to her high-stakes tech job. What begins as a routine evaluation rapidly spirals into an unpredictable psychological chess match where nothing is as it seems.

“A chic, relentless Broadway thriller.” — The New York Times
“80 minutes of pretty much pure tension and frequently funny. A slick, cleverly crafted drop-tower ride.” — Vulture
“It may just be the best new American play in at least the last five years.” — TheaterScene

From Kutumba, the producer of Velvet Green Summer, JOB is a provocative, intense, and deeply contemporary pressure-cooker thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the final, shocking moment.
