Join CASTA (Captial Area Ski Touring Association) as we travel to Chamonix located in the French Alps adjacent to the highest mountain in Western Europe, Mont Blanc. It borders Switzerland and Italy and offers some of the world’s finest cross-country skiing (there's great downhill skiing too!). Stay at the Alpina Eclectic Hotel & Spa in the center of Chamonix. Dine in its panoramic restaurant on the 7th floor with beautiful alpine views and relax at the spa that includes two Jacuzzis, sauna, and a terrace facing Mont Blanc. When you’re not skiing, enjoy the eateries, art galleries, artisanal crafts, and boutiques. Make sure to save some energy for a little apres-ski at a wine bar, music venue, or a cozy café.
