New Years Eve 2026 hiking party - 3 nights in Ilam for only £96

You're welcome to add yourself to the "going" list - but, until such time as you have paid, a place will not be reserved for you. Earlier payers get better rooms.

We will be staying at https://www.lichfield.anglican.org/dovedale Thursday 31st to Sunday Jan 3rd, three nights.

The house holds about 50 people, we had 36 last year, so we should be pretty comfortable.

Food club will be available again and will be run as a much simpler, quicker operation (hopefully)

Pricing: £96 per person - you're free to reduce the duration of your stay but it will be the same price regardless.

Dogs: By arrangement only. I expect dogs to be well behaved and on a short leash when in common areas. Honestly, the best place for your dog is with trusted dog-sitters. I cannot fill the place with dogs, not everyone likes them.

Campervans: You are welcome to bring your camper, no problem. But you will be using the facilities of the house, so you still pay the same rate as anyone else, whether you choose to sleep in a bed or not.
