Overview
This is a winter walking event suitable for those who have had previous experience of winter walking and the use of crampons and ice axe.
There are 4 places available.
Objectives
The aim will be to get out there, practice or learn new skills and tackle a few Munros.
What we do will be balanced against the skills and experience of the group as well as ground and weather conditions. The picture is from a previous training event based in the Highlands. We will be based in Ballachulish, which gives access to Glencoe, Glen Nevis and the Mamores. What we do on the day will depend upon the weather, ground conditions and the ability of the group.
Cost
The cost is £450 with £100 paid as a non-refundable deposit to secure your place. The deposit is only refundable if all places on the event are taken and another person will take your place.
The balance of £350 will need to be paid by 15 Nov.
