Come along for a scenic hike around the Bunyip State Park to the Four Brothers Rocks. Our hiking calendar has been a little bare recently, so this is an easy hike to kick start the hiking events.

The Four Brothers Rocks is a collection of large, granite rocks while the trail offers sweeping views across the park.

Meet at 8:50am for a 9:00am start. Allow extra time if you often arrive late. Message on the app if anything unexpected happens on the way.
If we finish on time, there will be an optional stop on the way home at "The Local" in Gembrook.

You will require a good level of fitness to enjoy this trail. The gradients are steady and reasonable but the total climbing of 500m will provide a good workout.

What to bring

hiking shoes/boots
gators if you have them
1.5 litres of water (more if weather is hot)
packed lunch / snacks
Appropriate clothing for the weather
rain jacket (it's Melbourne, I never take it out of my pack)
sun screen/glasses/hat

If conditions are damp, the lush ferns can hide the odd leech here and there so come prepared with gators or long pants, long socks etc. if you're not fond of leeches.
