Dear all, This time we will talk and discuss about relationship balance through three essential dimensions and reflect backwards and dream forward: 1. READY TO GIVE and SHARE? 1. What do you want to give to a partner — and what are you actually able to give and share? 2. Let’s discover your relationship strengths, including some you may never have recognized before. 3. What qualities do I bring into a relationship? 4. How do I naturally show love, care and appreciation? 5. How much time, attention and emotional energy am I genuinely ready to give? 6. When my partner is struggling, what kind of support am I able to offer? 7. What might a future partner value most about being with me? 2. EXPECTING TO RECEIVE? 1. What do you need from a partner? 2. What are your expectations, needs and boundaries — and which of them truly matter to you? 3. What do I need in order to feel loved, respected and emotionally safe? 4. Which qualities in a partner are essential for me — and which are simply preferences? 5. What am I willing to compromise on, and what am I not willing to compromise on? 6. What are my boundaries, and am I able to communicate them clearly? 7. Are my expectations realistic — and would I be willing to offer the same things I expect to receive? 3. WILLING TO SHARE & GROW? 1. What are you ready to build together? 2. How do you want to grow within a relationship — and towards what? 3. What kind of life would I like us to create together? 4. What am I ready to share — my time, emotions, responsibilities, decisions, dreams and everyday life? 5. How willing am I to adapt and compromise without losing myself? 6. How would I like us to handle differences, difficulties and change? 7. How can I support my partner’s growth while continuing to grow myself? 8. What would make me feel that we are not only staying together, but actually growing together? The goal is to identify and embrace our inner balance and outer boundaries — so that we can enter a relationship knowing both what we bring, what we need, and what we are ready to build together. We will talk-work in mixed gender groups of 6-10 people at several tables and see where this will take you! A warm welcome!
