Everyone talks about AI. Fewer people share what’s working (and what’s not) in real agile practice. Let’s put that on the table: prompts, tools, experiments, fails, and the moments it helped coaching, facilitation, backlog work, or stakeholder conversations.

Topics we might explore:
Facilitation & retros — where AI helps vs. where it gets in the way
Coaching & mentoring — drafting, reflecting, preparing conversations
Product & backlog — writing, refining, analysing with AI
Metrics, reporting & stakeholder updates
What you’d never hand over to a model
What’s working for you right now (bring a story!)

No preparation needed. Just show up with curiosity
