Join us on the second Tuesday of each month for Cultivating Gratefulness Gatherings, where heartfelt conversations help us connect deeply, find meaning, and embrace grateful living.

Together, we explore themes such as discovering delight, embracing mystery, creating joy, welcoming imperfection, opening to beauty, awakening awe, and many other topics centred on positive emotions.

You’ll find resources and conversation tools to support intentional engagement, along with opportunities to share stories and learn from others in a warm, supportive environment.

Some months, we take what we learn and weave it into creative projects, and there are always heartfelt poems to share.
