Jen has offered to lead us on an exploratory hike starting at the Ranger Station on 18 walking to the Lake Trail from Raccoon Park Road to the Forest Trail to Route 18 with a short walk on Rt. 18 back to our vehicles.
This hike is considered to be moderate and does have some hills along the way and can be somewhat challenging especially if the grounds are wet from recent rains. Hiking boots or shoes are recommended. Bring along poles if you wish. Remember to wear something with orange during this time of the year. Also wise to bring bug spray.
After, for those interested, we can select a place to sit down and visit over a beverage or a meal of your choice.
Want to thank Jen for her help in leading this hike!
Please consider joining us! 😃
