Join us for a monthly Full Moon Sound Bath at KIN Unified Healing, guided by Adam R.
Each session is a thoughtfully curated sound meditation experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, reflection, and intentional living. These gatherings blend thoughtful journal prompts, tea, immersive sound, guided awareness, and seasonal themes to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect — without needing any prior experience.

Participants are invited to lie down comfortably while a range of instruments (including crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other sound tools) are played to create a grounding and restorative environment.
