🏓 Black Friday Indoor Pickleball — Burn Off the Turkey!

Had enough turkey, leftovers, online shopping, and sitting around? Come join us for a fun post-Thanksgiving pickleball meetup and get moving!
We did this last year and had such a good time that we’re bringing it back.
This is a casual, social event focused on fun, laughs, a little exercise, and burning off some of those Thanksgiving calories. You definitely do not need to be an experienced pickleball player to join us.

Beginners are absolutely welcome!

If you’re a more experienced pickleball player and are comfortable helping newer players learn the basics, please jump in and lend a hand. One of the things that makes Funtime Girlfriends fun is members sharing what they know and helping each other try something new.

What to Bring

Pickleball paddle
Water
Indoor pickleball balls
Comfortable clothes and court-appropriate shoes
A willingness to have fun!

No paddle? No problem! Paddles may be available to rent on the first floor at Sports Basement. If you have an extra paddle you’d be willing to bring and share with another member, please mention it in the comments.
Come play for the full two hours or take breaks and socialize between games. This is meant to be fun and social—not competitive.

It’s a great excuse to get out of the house, move around after Thanksgiving, meet some girlfriends, and start Black Friday with something healthier than shopping. 🏓

Want to help?
If you’re an experienced player who can help beginners, have an extra paddle to share, or can help organize games that morning, please add a comment to the event. Member participation makes these meetups better for everyone.
Hope to see you on the court!
