A meditation class for all levels. Beginners welcome!

Topic: Blue Time or Rest Therapeutics: A Meditation for Radical Psychological Transformation

Meditation is not a practice or technique, but a psychological state qualified by clarity, calm, and comprehension. Blue Time or Rest Therapeutics is an exercise for accessing the state of meditation.

It is only through meditative serenity and insight that one can acquire internal knowledge of the causes of suffering and the means to overcome them. Through serene reflection, it becomes possible to understand our afflictive conditions of mind and the means to remove them, so that the consciousness experiences its own true nature: a state of compassion, wisdom, and unbreakable serenity.

Blue Time is a reference to the twilight hours of dawn and dusk, which constitute some of the best times to meditate, since one is already relaxed enough for spiritual practice (however, this exercise can be practiced at any time). Rest Therapeutics is a form of inner spiritual healing born of relaxation and self-understanding.

To learn more about this particular exercise, see the section on Blue Time or Rest Therapeutics here:
