An Afternoon with Peter Schickele and P.D.Q. Bach

Peter Schickele (1935-2024) was a classical musical humorist, but also a serious (and talented) composer. We'll be meeting on Saturday, October 31 at the Flowing Wells Public Library, 1730 W. Wetmore Rd. from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. in the large meeting room for a presentation by David Oesper. There will be plenty of music, both humorous and serious. Come join us!

Schickele and his alter ego "P.D.Q. Bach" won five Grammy Awards for Best Comedy Album, and you may remember his classical music program "Schickele Mix" on public radio, produced from 1992-1999.
