Hi All,
Planning a regular 10K around the park each monday evening at 7PM.
Planned pace will be at about 5:20 -5:40 per km but we may amend depending on who is there. We will stick to paths or easy trails.
Remember to dress for the weather.
We are getting into the time of the year that visibility is reduced so you are advised to have a head or body torch and maybe even hi-viz if we are near traffic. I have some spare head torches if you want one.
Meeting at Acres Road (Across from the papal cross).
Let me know if you have any questions.
Shane
