[Mountain to hiking] Mt. Bulamsan
[Meeting Date & Time] Sunday, Oct. 10, 2026, 11:10 AM
[Meeting Place] Inside Exit 4 of Byolnae-byolgaram Station, Line 4

We’re heading to the newly opened Egi-bong (Nuri-gil) trail on Bulamsan Mountain. The Egi-bong trail used to be the most popular route among hikers on Bulamsan who enjoyed leisurely rock climbing. However, around last November, staples and railings were densely installed along every dangerous section, transforming it into a trail that anyone can now easily enjoy. Any Must Go Korea (M.G.K.) member can easily sign up for this event. After about a 20-minute hike, you’ll arrive at a spacious plaza with benches. There, you’ll find a rock climbing practice wall called “Toad,” which is about 4 meters high. After putting on a harness, you can safely try top-rope rock climbing on this wall. The organizers will provide all necessary rock climbing equipment for the experience. We offer rock climbing sessions here for anyone interested. If you’d rather not climb, you’re welcome to sit on the benches and watch or take photos of the climbing gear.
