Are you interested in getting to know your canopied neighbors? Have you been curious about what it means to channel? Does the thought of spending two hours connecting with trees (and any nearby animals) and walking around Richmond-area parks sound like a fun way to spend your afternoon?
Join us as we walk amongst and stop to speak with/commune with nature in this monthly gathering. The second Sunday of every month (rain or shine), we'll meet up at a local park, have a meditation, and spend some time with the trees in the area as we help our central nervous systems get tuned into the tree channel (trust us, it's deeply therapeutic).
Our walk will be slow-paced and we'll be stopping at a lot of trees to practice some of our skills and give our central nervous systems a chance to settle. Where we go depends on the group in attendance. Meeting spots will change every month
