Should have a nice selection of conifers, black oaks, other natives on this hike. Bonus: fungi, including my fav: chicken of the woods (not to be confused with chicken of the sea!). Optional drive to Wooded Hill next door for potential fall colors.
Wear sturdy footwear, bring lunch or snack, H2O, sunscreen/hat, camera/phone. led by the Natural History Museum Canyoneers.
They ask that you sign up beforehand: The Nat | Canyoneer Hike List. You do not have to be a member of Museum to do this hike.
