Secrets of Nilbog:
Imagine if you will, a small idyllic Faerûnian farming village by the name of Nilbog nestled in the Dessarin River Valley. In most ways, its no different from any other of such hamlets... except its inhabited entirely by Goblins. This tribe of the diminutive green folk however, have given up their murderous and pillaging ways underground and now live a peaceful, vegetarian life on the surface, subsisting off the crops they grow. This fact has fascinated the people of the Valley, and Nilbog has become a small scale tourist destination, and a small rustic resort has been erected in the town, financed by Auguste Sorel, Duke of the Dessarin Valley. However, some visitors to the town have gone missing, a fact Sorel was willing to sweep under the rug until very recently, when his own young daughter, Claire Sorel, became one of said missing persons. You have been hired by the Duke to pose as witless vacationers in town for the upcoming Harvest Festival, and to investigate the goings on of Nilbog to find Claire... and hopefully the other missing people while you're at it

Other info: 5e 2014, level 1, standard array/point buy, no magical items. Will be more investigation/role-playing focused. It will have little combat and a high chance of death
