We had such a lovely time under the moon last year that Chai & Chandni Night is back for Year 2!

Let’s welcome the beginning of fall lakeside at Grapevine Lake with chai, food, campfires, s’mores, good conversation, stories, and a little moonlight magic.

This year, we’re also excited to introduce our new sister brand, Shaam Ki Chai ☕️ — created around our love of chai, conversation, and bringing people together. We’re teaming up for Chai & Chandni Night and adding a few new touches to this year’s Moonlit Mehfil.

✨ WHAT TO EXPECT

🌙 Lakeside Moonlit Mehfil: We’ve reserved four neighboring campsites at Grapevine Lake. We’re not actually camping overnight — this is simply our little lakeside home for the evening. Come ready to settle in, get cozy, and stay late.

🍴 Dinner + Snacks: We’ll have dinner, snacks, and refreshments ready for everyone.

☕️ The Chai: Obviously the main character. Expect fresh chai throughout the evening, including a little Shaam Ki Chai experience this year. And yes, we’ve learned some things since last year. 😆

🔥 Campfire + Halal S’mores: Some traditions are non-negotiable.

🎲 Games + Mingling: We’ll start the night social before settling into a slower, cozier vibe later.

🌙 Moonlit Mehfil After Dark: As the evening gets quieter, we’ll gather around the fire for chai, conversations, stories, nostalgic moments, and whatever else the night brings. And yes… the jinn stories may make a comeback. 👀

This time we need everyone to sign up ASAP, the longer you take to sign up, the more difficult for us to plan and order things, so please do your part so we can do our part!

Early Bird — $35 ends October 11th

Regular — $45
October 12th–22nd

Last-Minute — $50
October 23rd–24th, if spots remain

Your ticket includes the campsite experience, dinner, snacks, drinks, chai, s’mores, campfire supplies, and all the little touches we’re putting together for the evening.

🚗 IMPORTANT: PARKING + CARPOOLING

We are limited to 8 vehicles total inside the campground, so carpooling will be required.

We’ll coordinate carpools with attendees before the event. If you have an SUV/minivan or are comfortable driving a group, we may love you forever. 😂

🧺 WHAT TO BRING

Camping/lawn chair, picnic blanket if you’d like, insect repellent, comfortable shoes, and a light jacket or cozy shawl for later in the evening.

Most importantly: bring your chai-loving, story-telling, stay-up-too-late energy.

Exact campsite numbers, parking assignments, and final details will be shared with attendees closer to the event.

Weather permitting: If Texas decides not to cooperate, we’ll reschedule (again).
