If your spot is released because payment was not completed in time, you are welcome to RSVP again if a spot is still available.

📅 RSVP SCHEDULE

Every Monday, we’ll open RSVPs for the following week’s Friday badminton session, not the current week.
For example, RSVPs for Friday, 13 November 2026 will open on Monday, 2 November 2026, and so on.

🏸 PLAYING LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE & ABOVE

To keep the games enjoyable and balanced for everyone, we ask that participants are at approximately B− (Lower Intermediate) level or above.

⚠️ Skill Level & RSVP Policy

If there is a significant difference between a player's level and the advertised level, we may decline future RSVPs for this particular intermediate session.
This is simply to help keep the games balanced and enjoyable for everyone taking part.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellation: Cancel at least 48 hours before the event for a refund. After that, refunds are only possible if you find a replacement player who takes and pays for your spot.
No-Shows: If you RSVP and pay but do not attend without informing the organiser, your future RSVPs may be declined. Unexpected absences affect player numbers and can disrupt the games for everyone.
We understand that plans can change, so please keep your RSVP updated and inform the organiser as early as possible.
