The Move

We’ll start with a somatic body movement session led by Coach Kathy, she led both Meet Me on the Mat and our first Yoga & Friendship Circle at Oasis.

Then we’re slowing alllll the way down for sound healing.

And because y’all already know we’re not about to roll up our mats and immediately go home 😂 we’re staying for our friendship circle.

We’ll grab something to drink, introduce the girls, talk, and actually get to know each other.

And as always, come alone. Most of us do 🩵
