Join us for a relaxed Friday evening of meditation, tea, and connection at Innenraum. Everyone is welcome, including complete beginners.
This time, special guest Clovis will lead a guided meditation.
The evening follows our familiar 20/20/20 format:
Introduction round and tea
20 minutes of samatha
Tea and discussion
20 minutes of metta
Light qi gong
20 minutes of vipassana
Closing conversation and more tea

Donation-based: €5–7 recommended, but entirely optional. Everyone is welcome whether or not they donate.
Wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring your own tea cup.
