Hennie Schau-Hansen and Kristin Moengen from BearingPoint will share a real “war story” from a data platform project where the technology was a piece of cake and the real challenge was adoption and creating real business value.
Drawing on experiences from the project and Kristin’s study into adoption of data and analytics initiatives, we’ll explore why organizations struggle to realize value from data platforms, what drives adoption, and what this means as companies invest heavily in AI.
