Join us for a walk at the newly opened 'Archerfield Wetlands Discovery Trail'. We will meet at the COMMUNITY CENTRE building that is right near the car park and then we will walk for an hour or so. The trail is 2.9 km either way. The walking trail is concrete to start and then just totally flat ground and the path is really wide. The area is very scenic and there are new trails being opened all the time.
DIRECTIONS - One way to find the area is to drive down 'Bowhill Road' and find the entrance/sign that says -'Archerfield Wetlands District Park' (at 455 Bowhill Road). Drive down that road and you will find the car park - that is where the Community Centre is. We will be standing in a group there. Come along for a great walk. It is a great way to finish off the weekend!
