ODSC AI Meetup: How AI Actually Entered The Hiring Funnel

Recruiting Is the Front Door: How AI Actually Entered the Hiring Funnel

AI is making its way into HR—but where is it actually being used?
Join Women in Big Data SoCal at ODSC AI West for a special Meetup featuring our very own Orange County committee co-lead, Katalin Byker, HR Data Consultant at WCDB Consulting.
Katalin will take us inside the hiring funnel, use case by use case, to explore where AI has actually entered recruiting—and what the numbers tell us about how organizations are using it.
