Beginners - Camera Skills

This 2.5-hour introductory session is for you if you are a beginner and would like to get to know your camera and improve your camera skills. We will cover topic such as: Focus, Aperture, Shutterspeed, Depth of Field and Movement Blur. We will learn about the exposure triangle and the visual effects you can produce with manual camera controls. You will gain confidence and a better understanding of key techniques required to create well exposed images and interesting visual effects. You can practice the skills we learn with both digital and analogue cameras.
