Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.

The workout will be:
1600-800-800-1600 2 min rest between reps
warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
