Jane Austen’s Persuasion | Concordia University of Edmonton

Let’s join Concordia's Fine Arts Department in their Fall production of Jane Austen's "Persuasion" in a brand new adaptation by Katherine Koller.

Jane Austen's Persuasion follows Anne Elliot, a woman who deeply regrets breaking off her engagement to a poor naval officer due to pressure from her snobbish family. 8 years later, Wentworth returns, now a wealthy and respected naval captain forcing them to navigate lingering feelings and social hurdles for a second chance at love. Katherine Koller's new adaptation of Persuasion will premiere here at CUE this November.

Meeting Place
The performance starts at 2:00 pm so let’s gather around 1:30 pm in the lobby for a quick meet and greet. Feel free to choose a seat wherever you prefer in the theatre. We can chat again afterwards.
