Chakra Collage & Sip: Reiki-Infused Mocktails + Art
Awaken and empower your creativity and energy through the magic of an immersive 8-part healing journey hosted by collage artist & Reiki Master Jessica Kallista. Each monthly session explores one of the seven main chakras through meditation, journaling, playful collage-making, and chakra-inspired Reiki-infused mocktails, and finally culminating in a vibrant Rainbow Chakra collage celebrating the whole healing energy system. No art experience required! All art supplies are provided. At the conclusion of each session Jessica infuses your original 8x10 artwork with Reiki to support your intentions and growth. Join the full journey or drop into individual chakra sessions. Cut. Tear. Create. Sip. Play. Heal. Connect.
Our first collage & sip will focus on the Root Chakra. We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to strengthen our foundation for spiritual and metaphysical growth. The inspiration for our Reiki infused mocktails, and your original collage, will draw inspiration from the Root Chakra with special attention to correspondences such as the color red, crystals and stones, body parts, wisdom, foods, archetypes, balanced/unbalanced, gifts/shadows, journaling, affirmations, and tarot. Bring a journal if you like.
About the host: Jessica Kallista is a Reiki Master, educator, curator, and artist who brings together embodied creativity, play, discovery, and energy healing. She has worked with the chakras in her collages for the past 13 years. Her tactile collage practice invites curiosity, experimentation, vulnerability, and openness in ways that transform fragments into new ways of seeing and being. As a Reiki Master, Jessica infuses her artwork and creative experiences with Reiki, drawing inspiration from the seven main chakras and their colors and correspondences. Through art and energetic practice, she creates welcoming spaces for community, healing, self-awareness, and transformation. Her work has been exhibited at a variety of venues including the Art Museum of the Americas, Galerie Kritiku Prague, and Tephra Institute of Contemporary Art.
