This is the official launch of the series, and we're kicking it off with an intentional 50-minute class led by Makenzie Mowat that will have you breaking a sweat, with breathwork and meditation, followed by a guided community connection. Vendors include: Whole Athlete ATX, Jessie's Juices, EAXE Athletics, etc. Snacks from Siete Foods and a signature Lefty's Day & Night coffee are included in your ticket! Stay as long as you'd like after the event; Lefty's is a VIBE! Whether you're a familiar face or joining for the first time, we'll save you a spot!!
